Not surprisingly we take recruiting for ourselves pretty seriously. We need the very best people out there to help us fill all those excellent sales jobs we’re working on.
The Spec
Pretty simple really. If you want to be one of our sales recruitment consultants, you need;
- To already be or have the potential to be an excellent sales person. (Shock horror, recruitment is a sales job).
- To be intelligent, we don’t stipulate a degree but we deal with high level sales vacancies and high level sales people, so you’re going to need a bit of grey matter!
- To have a great attitude and be a hard worker. We’ve never met a candidate that hasn’t told us that they work hard, but we work really hard so be prepared to demonstrate this.
- To have passion. We love people who are passionate about what they do, we certainly are! We don’t want candidates that want any old job we want people who are looking for the job.
- To fit in with the Nicholls Lindsay team (not easy).
