Our contingency sales recruitment is a good starting point for most sales roles and this service is how we fill most sales jobs and in fact suitable for all sales vacancies at some level. We start by taking a detailed brief of exactly what the sales job entails and what type of sales candidate you require. We can offer advice on the market, salary, process and assessment methods to ensure you get the level of sales professional you require in the timeframe and budget that works for you.

At this stage we review all recent live sales candidates that have been interviewed and assed by our trained sales recruitment consultants that specialise in your market sector that match the brief. They are then ranked in terms of their suitability for the role. In combination with this we will advertise the sales vacancy (non branded) on our own website as well as the most suitable job boards to attract additional candidates. We have existing relationships with all of the major job boards and therefore it is highly likely that any "live" candidates will be exposed to your vacancy and can apply. All candidates that apply will be assed and if deemed relevant met by one of our consultants and added to the short list if suitable.

Once we have collated the final shortlist, usually our top four or five most suitable candidates we will then arrange interviews at a convenient time and location to suit both client and candidate. You are more than welcome to use one of our regional offices in Manchester, Birmingham or London.

At every stage detailed feedback is taken from the company and candidates promptly to ensure the process runs smoothly and any additional meetings arranged.

Once a candidate is successful all offers, resignations and counter offers are handled to ensure that the successful applicant joins your business without any problems.
