At Nicholls Lindsay our proactive candidate service sets us apart. Our key commitment to our candidates is to make our process a positive, two way experience where we have fully listened to an applicants needs and then tailored our approach accordingly.
We interview all our applicants face to face in a thorough and structured format. We pride ourselves in our assessment of field sales people and find that the highest calibre of applicants respond positively to an in depth interview. Our philosophy is that many of the applicants we place today will eventually be the Sales Directors that we deal with as clients in the future.
